Welcome to the Autumn Term at Kingsworth

Dear Kingsworth Parents,

Welcome to the Autumn Term at Kingsworth International School. We were so happy to open our front gates this week and to see you and the children ready to join us for an exciting year. 

Are you familiar with Kingsworth’s Mission and Vision? These guiding principles help orient our school and community to be our best selves. Our Mission is to encourage children to believe in themselves and to reach their highest potential. This means that we are here to guide your child in their academic learning as well as their social-emotional learning. We believe that these elements go hand in hand, and when we teach the whole child, they will thrive and grow to their best potential. 

The Kingsworth Vision describes where we aim to be as we thrive and grow as a school. Our vision is to become the leading non-selective international school in Paris, to inspire curiosity and empower our learners to believe in themselves. The elements that tie our vision and our mission together are our school values. We have carefully chosen five values to represent us as a school and community, these are curiosity, inclusion, wellness, integrity and achievement. As the year progresses, you will notice how these values permeate our culture and how we aim to pass them on to everyone in our community. 

We have many things planned for the children this term, including our annual Bonding Day at Ile Saint Germain for each campus. We call it Bonding Day because it is a unique opportunity for our students to get to know one another in a different setting, to engage in friendly House Competitions, and just have a great time. 

As we begin this new academic year together, we look forward to seeing our students as they grow and learn, and to building meaningful connections as a community. Wishing you and your families a joyful and fulfilling year ahead—may it be a wonderful new chapter for us all.
