Are all classes taught in English at Kingsworth?
At Kingsworth Primary School, classes are taught in both English and French, offering a true bilingual education. In Kingsworth Secondary School, most subjects are taught in English, with additional French lessons available to all students.
Does my child need to speak English to enroll at Kingsworth?
For students enrolling in Kingsworth Primary School or Early Years, there is no English or French language requirement. Our international curriculum is designed to support non-native English speakers.
For Kingsworth Secondary School, prior instruction in English is helpful, but not mandatory. We provide English as an Additional Language (EAL) support for those who need it.
Can students join Kingsworth during the school year?
Yes. We offer rolling admissions for children from nursery through grade nine. Applications to exam-year classes at Kingsworth Secondary School are subject to availability—please contact our Head of Admissions for details.
Do you require entrance exams for admissions?
No. Kingsworth is a non-selective international school in Paris. We assess each applicant’s individual portfolio on a case-by-case basis.
Is there an application or registration fee?
We do not charge an application fee. A registration fee applies only once your child is officially accepted and enrolled.
What age can my child start at Kingsworth?
We welcome children at Kingsworth Primary School from 2.5 years old, once they are independent in toilet training.
What are the school hours?
Kingsworth Primary School: 8:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday (Wednesdays end before lunch).
Kingsworth Secondary School: 8:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Do students wear a school uniform?
No. Kingsworth does not require a uniform. Students are free to express themselves through their clothing.
What languages do children speak at Kingsworth?
Our school community is multilingual and international. You’ll often hear students speaking both English and French in the halls at Kingsworth Primary and Secondary School.
Can tuition be paid in monthly installments?
