Kingsworth Where wellbeing and learning grow together

At Kingsworth, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our wellbeing program includes a range of initiatives designed to ensure every student feels safe, valued, and supported.

Safeguarding and Wellness at Kingsworth International School

Supporting every child

Our wellbeing initiatives are carefully tailored to each age group and further adapted to meet the unique needs of individual students.

Safeguarding

We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students. Safeguarding is an integral part of our curriculum across both primary and secondary education.

Commitment

As an ECIS member school, we prioritize child protection, with all staff receiving comprehensive safeguarding training annually.

Thrive and Grow in Kingsworth Early Years and Primary sections

At Kingsworth, the youngest learners benefit from a warm, supportive environment where wellbeing and academic growth go hand in hand. From the first day, each child is guided by dedicated teachers who serve as a trusted point of contact for students and families throughout the year.

Thrive and Grow

A primary school wellbeing initiative that integrates social and emotional learning with safeguarding. The program fosters a safe, nurturing environment where students develop essential life skills, resilience, and emotional intelligence, helping them navigate challenges with confidence.

Communication & Collaboration

We believe in a team approach, working hand in hand with parents, teachers, and students to create a strong support system. Regular monitoring and communication help us address students' needs effectively.

Wellbeing for all Ages

From nursery onwards, we actively promote wellbeing and mental health awareness among students, parents, and staff. Our prevention initiatives are designed to cultivate a positive, supportive school environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.

The Kingsworth Adaptation Program

We help new students from different countries and backgrounds integrate smoothly into school life by providing support for pupils and their families.

Buddy System

The secondary school offers a unique buddy system where arriving students are paired with a classmate for extra guidance at school, helping them navigate the challenges of a new academic environment such as school layout, timetables, homework expectations, and friendships.

Dedicated Form Tutors

Each class has a form tutor who works with pupils to promote positive communication and mindfulness within the group. Tutors monitor both academic and social emotional progress and are the first point of contact for parents.

Support for Parents

Our school encourages parents to connect with one another, helping to smooth their transition to our school. And we always favor open communication with parents to support their child’s adaptation process.
