Mathematics Teacher (English language) Kingsworth International School is seeking to appoint a secondary-level mathematics teacher (KS3-5) to join our established Mathematics and Science Faculty starting August 2024.
This recruitment is to expand our existing team and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply. Experience teaching Key Stage 3 -4 and preparing students for IGCSE Maths is essential. Kingsworth is a UK-curriculum school situated in a beautiful “hôtel particulier” in central Paris.
Pupils follow IGCSE and A level curricula. Our school is unique in its small yet highly diverse classes – diverse both internationally and academically. At Kingsworth, we believe that everyone is able to learn mathematics and science well – irrespective of their prior attainment – and our goal as a faculty is to engender confidence in our pupils by “teaching for understanding”. We do this through a strong emphasis on formative assessment, classroom dialogue, and responsive teaching.
